Larisa Leonidovna Drozdova – Poetry

Weight Willow

There is a tree out in the yard that I call “Weight”. It is heavy to lift.

Now this tree called “Weight” is only lifted in my dreams. I lift it and then go in deep into the roots and sleep and no one bothers me.

So it goes. Each night – since a week – I am asleep and in my dreams I go to a tree and lift it up and go to sleep.

Strange!
